Essie Base Coat

I decided to do a review on the Essie "Feed Me" base coat. I had read somewhere that this was a great base coat to use for brittle nails. I am trying very hard to grow my nails, but they are soft from nail polish remover. I decided to buy this base coat, which retails for about $8.99 at Wal Mart. I have been applying under every nail polish I have used for about 3 weeks, and my nails are in awesome shape. They are definitely less brittle now, and no longer discoloured. I have noticed that my nails are harder when I have the base coat, colour, and a top coat. This is fine, because I never go without nail polish on. I am impressed with this base coat, and I am hoping that as my nails grow out more, they will be stronger.

On another note, I have just found out that I am getting a Konad nail stamping kit tomorrow! I found one on Kijiji for only $40.00. I am so excited, I have been wanting one forever! I will for sure post when I recieve it.
